M. on January <br /> 11, 1954., with the following members in attendance. <br /> Raymond W. James, Chairman <br /> Leslie C . Read Thomas J. Donnelly, Jr. <br /> William Madden Gardner C. Ferguson <br /> Donald T . Clark Austin W. Fisher, Jr., <br /> Robert R. Cave John M . Biggs <br /> Frank D. Walker, Secretary <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P . M. <br /> .tt The minutes of the meeting held on January 4, 1954 were <br /> accepted. <br /> A complete and excellent Insurance report was submitted <br /> by Mr. Cave. <br /> Harold Roeder and. his Board of Fire Commissioners came in <br /> at 3 :05 to discuss their budgets for the current year. Left at 9 :15. <br /> Board of Health came in and discussed their current budgets <br /> and left at 9 :45. <br /> Mrs . Dorothy Rich, Chairman of the Dental Clinic came in and <br /> discussed their budget. Left at 10:05. <br /> Chief Rycroft came in and went over his Police budget.
