M. on Janu- <br /> ary 4, <br /> anu- <br /> ary , 1954. , with the following members in attendance: <br /> Gardner C. Ferguson, Vice-Chairman <br /> Leslie C . Read Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr., <br /> Donald T. Clark Robert R. Cave, <br /> William Madden John M . Biggs <br /> Frank D. Walker, Secretary <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:L0 P. M . <br /> The minutes of the meeting held on December 21, 1953 were <br /> accepted. <br /> Received budgets from the Selectmen at 7 :25 P . M. <br /> It was voted to send a letter to the Selectmen with reference <br /> to an article in the Warrant . <br /> Discussion of the Fire Dept . budget followed, conducted by <br /> Tom Donnelly, Jr. Also discussion of the School Dept . budget fol- <br /> lowed, conducted by Les Read. <br /> The following is a tentative schedule for meetings to follow: <br /> January 11 8:00 Fire Department <br /> 9 :00 Health " <br /> 9 :30 Dental Clinic <br /> 9 :45 Police Department <br /> ( note) School Dept. will be in on January 18th <br /> January 18 - 8:00 School Dept. <br /> 9 :30 Veterans ' <br /> 10 :00 Planning Board <br /> January 25 8 :00 Welfare Dept. <br /> 8:30 Veterans ' <br /> 9 :00 Public Works <br /> Feburary 1 8:00 Cemetery Dept. <br /> 8 :45 Public Works <br /> February 8 8x30 Public Works <br /> February 15 make final decisions <br /> February 22 write final draft of report <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10 :20 P.
