M. on Oct. <br /> 5, 1953 with the following members present. <br /> Raymond W . James, Chairman <br /> Leslie C . Read Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr. <br /> Gardner C. Ferguson William Madden <br /> Austin W. Fisher Jr. Donald T. Clark <br /> Drank D. Walker, Secretary <br /> Harold Stevens, Town Counsel was present at 7:00 P. M. to <br /> discuss the Warrant. He stated that to appropriate during the <br /> current year and to raise it in the Levy of the following year <br /> was a legal appropriation. Mr. Stevens left at 7:30 P. M. <br /> It was voted to reconsider the action of Article 5. <br /> It was voted to approve the motion to be made by the Select- <br /> men to transfer the entire $60,000 from Excess and Deficiency. <br /> Discussed Street Lights ( Article 7) . No change in position. <br /> Discussed Maple Street School (Article 11) . No change - <br /> voted to offer an amendment. <br /> Discussed Article 13, but no motion made. <br /> Adjourned at 8:00 P .
