MINUTES On THE MTS R TING Or THE <br /> APPROPRIATION COMMITTER HELD ON <br /> March 3, 1952 <br /> A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in <br /> the office of the Town Accountant Monday evening, March 3, <br /> 1952 with the following memaers in attendance: <br /> Leon W. Bateman, Chairman <br /> Ralph H. Tucker Clarence E. Smith <br /> Raymond W. James Thomas J. Donnelly, Jr. <br /> Leslie C. Read <br /> Ethel U. Rich, Secretary <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 by Chairman <br /> Leon W. Bateman. <br /> The minutes of the meeting held on February 18, 1952 <br /> were presented and approved. <br /> A request has been received from the school for th,500 <br /> under Article 27 for preliminary plans. It was voted to <br /> annropriate this sum. <br /> The next meeting will be held Monday evening, March 10th <br /> in the Town Accountant' s Office at the regular time, 7: 30 P.M. <br /> A joint meeting —ill be held at 8:15 with the Selectmen and <br /> Chairman of the following committees : <br /> Cemetery <br /> Assessors <br /> School <br /> This meeting is held in accordance with Chapter 44 of <br /> the Teneral Laws . <br /> The meeting adjourned at 9 :20 P.
