Bateman, Chairman <br /> Clarence E. Smith Raymond W. James <br /> A. W. Cleveland Thomas J. Donnelly, Jr. <br /> John J. Sullivan Leslie C. Read <br /> Ethel U. Rich, Secretary <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 by Chairman <br /> Leon W. Bateman. <br /> The minutes of the meeting held on February 4, 1R52 were <br /> presented and approved. <br /> The Capital Expenditures Committee came in at 8.00 P. M. <br /> Left at 8:40 P. M. <br /> The evening was spent on the budget recommendations. <br /> The meeting adjourned. at 11:10 P.
