Bateman, Chairman <br /> Ralph H. Tucker Clarence E. Smith <br /> A. W. Cleveland Raymond W. James <br /> John J. Sullivan Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr. <br /> Leslie C. Read <br /> Ethel U. Rich, Secretary <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 by Chairman <br /> Leon W. Bateman. <br /> The minutes of the meeting held on January 30, 1952 <br /> were presented and approved. <br /> The meeting adjourned to Selectmen's room at 8 :30 <br /> to jointly go over the budgets. <br /> There is a special meeting of the Committee on Wednesday <br /> evening, February 6 at 7: 30 when budgets should be completed. <br /> The Capital Expenditure Committee are scheduled to <br /> meet with us at 8 :00 on Wednesday evening. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 11 P.
