7 2 <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE <br /> APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE HELD ON <br /> February 19, 1951 <br /> A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held <br /> in the office of the Town Accountant Monday evening, <br /> February 19, 1951 with the following members present: <br /> Howard A. Patterson, Chairman <br /> Wiliam M. Hall Raymond W. James <br /> Ralph H. Tucker John J . Sullivan <br /> A. W. Cleveland Leon W. Bateman <br /> Frank D. Walker, Consultant <br /> Thomas J. Donnelly, Jr. and Clarence E. Smith <br /> notified the Committee they would not be able to be <br /> present because of illness . <br /> The minutes of the meeting held on February 15, 1951 <br /> were presented and approved. <br /> Discussed budgets with the Selectmen from 7:15 until <br /> 10:30. <br /> Ben Day came in to discuss 5 day week for Policemen. <br /> The next meeting will be held Tuesday evening, February <br /> 20, 1951 at ,9 :00 with the Selectmen. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 11 : 30. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> F/4, /14 <br /> Fthul U.
