MINTJT70S OF THE MFFTING OF THE <br /> APPROPRIATION COMMITTED HELD ON <br /> February 5, 1951 <br /> A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the <br /> office of the Town Accountant Monday evening, February 5, 1951 <br /> at 7: 35 with the following members in attendance: <br /> Howard A. Patterson, Chairman <br /> William M. Hall Clarence E. Smith <br /> John J . Sullivan Leon W. Bateman <br /> Raymond W. James Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr. <br /> A. P. Cleveland <br /> Prank D. Walker, Consultant <br /> The r1 nu7;es of the meeting held on February 1, 1951 were <br /> presented and approved. <br /> The Cemetery Commission came in at 7:50 to discuss their <br /> budgets, left at 9 :00. <br /> The Planning Board came in at 9 :00 with their 1951 budgets <br /> andleft at 9 :15. <br /> It was voted the amount of ; 1350 to Planning Board expenses . <br /> Mr. Burns advised bids for Garbage Contracts were advertised <br /> the past week.
