Ct MINUTES OF THE MEN;1'ING OF THE <br /> APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE <br /> January 30, 1951 <br /> A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the <br /> office of the Town Accountant on Monday evening, January 29, 1951 <br /> at 7:30 with the following members in attendance: <br /> Howard A. Patterson, Chairman <br /> William M. Hall Raymond. W. James <br /> Thomas J. Donnelly, Jr. John J. Sullivan <br /> Leon W. Bateman A. W. Cleveland <br /> Ralph H. Tucker <br /> Frank D. Walker, Consultant <br /> The minutes of the meeting held on January 22, 1951 were <br /> presented and approved. <br /> The Cemetery Commissioners were notified on January 23, 1951 <br /> that the Appropriation Committee desired to meet with them by a <br /> letter sent to Mr. W. G. Potter who stated he was not notified. <br /> A copy of the letter follows : <br /> "Mr. William G. Potter <br /> 25 Walnut Street <br /> Lexington 73, Massachusetts <br /> Dear. Mr. Potter: <br /> The Appropriation Committee request the Cemetery Commissioners , <br /> to meet with them on Monday evening, January 29, 1951, at 7:30 <br /> in the Town Accountantts office. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Ethel U. Rich /S <br /> Acting Secretary " <br /> It was voted that a letter be sent to each member of the <br /> Cemetery Commission individually asking them to be present Monday <br /> evening, February 5, 1951 at 7:30. <br /> The Long Range Planning Board came in at 8:15, left at 9 : 35. <br /> The next meeting will be held Wednesday evening, January <br /> 31, 1951. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.
