MINUTE'S OP THE MEETING OF THE <br /> APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE <br /> January 16, 1951 <br /> A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the <br /> office of the Town Accountant on Monday evening, January 15, 1951 <br /> with the following members in attendance: <br /> Howard A. Patterson, Chairman <br /> William M. Hall Raymond W. James <br /> Clarence E. Smith A. W. Cleveland <br /> Leon W. Bateman Ralph H. Tucker <br /> Thomas J. Donnelly,Jr. John J. Sullivan <br /> Frank D. Walker, Consultant <br /> The minutes of the meeting held on January 8, 1951 were <br /> presented and approved with the exception that Clarence E. <br /> Smith was inadvertently left out of the members in attendance. <br /> Edward Chapin, Agent for Veterans' Benefits came in at <br /> 7:30 to discuss his 1951 budgets , left at 7:45. <br /> James J. Carroll, Treasurer came in at 7:Lj.5 to discuss <br /> his 1951 budgets , left at 8:15. <br /> The School Committee came in at 8:35 to discuss their <br /> budgets for 1951, left at 11 o' clock. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 11:05 P.
