tOCP <br /> MINUTS OG' THE MEETING OP THE <br /> APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE <br /> December 19 , 1950 <br /> A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the <br /> office of the Town Accountant on Monday evening, December 18, <br /> 1950 with the following members in attendance: <br /> Howard A. Patterson, Chairman <br /> William M. Hall A. W. Cleveland <br /> Ralph H. Tucker Clarence E. Smith <br /> Raymond W. James John J. Sullivan <br /> Thomas J. Donnelly, Jr. <br /> Prank D. Walker, Consultant <br /> Leon W. Bateman notified the Committee he wouldnot <br /> be able to be present. <br /> The minutes of the meeting held on December 11, 1950 were <br /> presented and approved with the exception that William M. Hall <br /> was omitted from the list of members present . <br /> The Chief of Police came in at 7:45 to discuss his <br /> budgets for 1951 with the Committee, left at 9 :00. <br /> The Library Trustees came in at 9 :00 to discuss their <br /> budgets for 1951 with the Committee, leaving at 10:20. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.
