MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE <br /> APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE HELD ON <br /> June 19, 1950 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the office <br /> of the Town Accountant on Monday evening, June 19, 1950 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> with the following :nembers in attendance: <br /> Howard A. Patterson, Chairman <br /> William M. Hall Clarence E. Smith <br /> Ralph H. Tucker A. W. Cleveland <br /> Arn <br /> Leon W. Bateman Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr. <br /> John J. Sullivan Raymond W. James <br /> Frank D. Walker, Secretary <br /> The minutes of the meeting held on May 22, 1950 were presented <br /> and approved. <br /> Mr. DeFoe and Mr . Burns came in at 7:45 P.M. to request a <br /> transfer to increase their budget for addition engineering inspection. <br /> It was voted to transfer $1,000. to Engineering-Supervisor of <br /> New Development Account, with information to be broken down on payrolls <br /> as to where and when he worked. <br /> Letter from Selectmen read - with discussion. <br /> "Doc" Foley and Recreation Committee came in with reference to <br /> the Toilet Building. <br /> It was voted to transfer $1,200. to Toilet Building Recreation - <br /> Caoital Outlay, after receiving a formal request. <br /> Letter was presented and read from Ed.
