9 <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF <br /> APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE HELD <br /> 7:10 P. M. March 20 , 1950 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Howard A. Patter- <br /> son in the Town Accountant' s Office, with the following members in <br /> attendance: <br /> Emile J . Vadeboncoeur Ralph H. Tucker <br /> Clarence E. Smith William M. Hall <br /> r-) Leon W. Bateman Thomas J. Donnelly Jr. <br /> tl:' A. W. Cleveland <br /> dtt Frank D. Walker, Secretary <br /> The minutes of the meeting held on March 13, 1950 were pre- <br /> sented and approved. <br /> Robert W. Fawcett entered the meeting. <br /> William G. Potter came in and discussed the Personal Services <br /> Budget of the Cemetery Department, especially the increase for the <br /> clerk. It was agreed between the Appropriation Committee and <br /> Mr. Potter that if the increased appropriation went through that <br /> Mr. Potter would recommend to the Cemetery Commission that the <br /> records of the Cemetery Department would be brought to the Town <br /> Offices before January 1, 1951 after a thorough analysis of who <br /> was going to have charge and handle them. Mr. Potter then left <br /> the meeting. <br /> The report was signed and the items not previously voted <br /> were considered and voted. <br /> There will be a meeting of the Appropriation Committee on <br /> Monday, March 27, 1950 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> espectfully submitted, <br /> ,A,cvl 0 V./ (AIL <br /> Secretary <br />
