January 23, 1950 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Howard A. <br /> Patterson in the Town Accountant' s O:fice, with the following <br /> members in attendance: <br /> Ralph H. Tucker A. W. Cleveland <br /> Robert W. Fawcett Tom J. Donnelly <br /> Leon W. Bateman Emile J. Vadeboncoeur <br /> Clarence E. Smith <br /> Frank D. Walker, Secretary <br /> The minutes of the meeting held on January 16, 1950 were <br /> presented and. approved. <br /> • <br /> It was voted to invite Tom Moon to meet with us on Monday <br /> evening, January 30, 1950 tit 7:30 with reference to hockey area. <br /> The Assessors came in at 8:20 to discuss their budgets. Left <br /> at 9:05. <br /> The Planning Board came in at 10:00 and left at 10:45. <br /> If possible please meet at the Town Accountant' s Office on <br /> Saturday morning, January 28, 1950 at 9:30. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 11:00 P.M. <br /> Respect ully submitted, <br /> UC3%-L <br /> Secretary <br /> A meeting of the Committee will be held on Monday evening, <br /> January 30, 1950.
