Patterpon, Chairman <br /> in the Town Accountant' s Office with the following members in attendance: <br /> William M. Hall Emile J. Vadeboncoeur <br /> Clarence E. Smith Tom J. Donnelly, Jr. , <br /> Ralph H. Tucker A. W. Clevelaa d <br /> Robert W. Fawcett <br /> Frank D. Walker, Secretary <br /> Letters requesting transfers from several departments were read <br /> and it was voted to make the following transfers from Reserve: <br /> Dog Officer - Expenses 37.00 <br /> Collectors - Expenses 65.00 <br /> Building & Plumbing - Expenses 16.25 <br /> Police - Expenses 657.92 <br /> Road Machinery 500.00 <br /> It was voted that if requested by the Selectmen before December <br /> 31, 1949a transfer of 0500. be made to Long Range Planning Committees <br /> It was voted that the Chairman call a special meeting if necessary <br /> on December 31, 1949. <br /> The following letter was read: <br /> "Appropriation Committee December 16, 1949 <br /> Town Office Building <br /> Lexington 73, Massachusetts <br /> Att: Mr. Howqrd A. Patterson, Chairman <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> We have in hand yours of December 13th and acknowledge the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Several bills for copper pipe. <br /> 2. Excerp from Massachusetts General Laws. <br /> 3. Your comments on the proper expenditure of <br /> monies transferred from the Reserve Fund. <br /> 4.
