15 <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF <br /> THE APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE HELD <br /> October 17, 1949 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Howard A. Patterson, <br /> in the Town Accountant' s Office with the following members in attendance: <br /> William M. Hall Emile J. Vadeboncoeur <br /> Robert W. Fawcett Ralph H. Tucker <br /> A. W. Cleveland Leon W. Bateman <br /> Thomas J. Donnelley, Jr. <br /> Prank D. Walker - Secretary <br /> The minutes of the meeting held October 10, 1949 were accepted <br /> "-) and approved. <br /> "Pete" Cleveland gave report on dump. <br /> Meeting adjourned to Selectmen' s room where joint meeting went <br /> on with Jos. DeFoe in re: Dump. Returned to Town Accountant' s Office <br /> at 9:35 P. M. <br /> It was voted to transfer 01,500. from Reserve Fund to Dumps and <br /> Ashes account and to recommend that in the future all excavation mater- <br /> ial taken from all public works projects be used to facilitate the <br /> covering of debris at the dump. <br /> i <br /> After looking over the anticipated expenditure sheets, it was <br /> voted to OK as is. <br /> Enclosed is copy of proposed vacation and sick leave schedule. <br /> It was voted to adjourn at 10:30 P .
