RECEIVED <br /> 022 31 Mair, 5 ui °m <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE TOWN CLERK <br /> MEETING MINUTES LEXINGTON MA <br /> Wednesday, February 9, 2022 <br /> The Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) meeting was called to order by Sarah <br /> Felton, Co-Chair at 7:21 PM virtually via Zoom. <br /> CPAC Members Present: Chris Herbert, Co-Chair; Sarah Felton, Co-Chair; Marilyn Fenollosa; <br /> Hema Bhatt; Patrick Sullivan; Matt Daggett; Len Morse-Fortier; Deepak Amenani <br /> CPAC Liaisons Present: Bob Creech, Liaison to the Planning Board; Mark Sandeen, Liaison to the <br /> Select Board; Melanie Thompson, Liaison to the Planning Board; Joe Pato, Liaison to the Select <br /> Boa rd <br /> Staff Members Present: Carol Kowalski, Assistant Town Manager for Development; Molly <br /> Belanger, Land Use Planner <br /> Consultants Present (Project Co-Leads): Daphne Politis, Community Circle, Martha Lyon, Martha <br /> Lyon Landscape Architecture <br /> Meeting Materials: <br /> -Implementation Plan Introduction (25 key recommendations) updated January 20, 2022 <br /> • Meeting Opening <br /> Sarah Felton, Co-Chair called the meeting to order at 7:21 PM. <br /> • 25 Key Recommendations <br /> • Ms. Felton thanked the Project Co-Leads for their work on the <br /> Implementation Plan. <br /> • Chris Herbert, Co-Chair, began a discussion on the 25 key recommendations <br /> and welcomed the CPAC Members to comment, and several members gave <br /> their support or critiques. <br /> • Mr. Herbert asked the Project Co-Leads to explain the recommendations and <br /> how they were chosen. Daphne Politis, Project Co-Lead, mentioned the <br /> recommendations were meant as stepping stones that are necessary to lay <br /> the foundations for large, more difficult goals that can be found later in the <br /> following nine sections of the Implementation Plan. The order of the <br /> recommendations is random. <br /> • Status of Implementation Plan and process for Incorporating Feedback <br /> • Ms. Politis announced Volume I (The Plan) would be released soon, which <br /> incorporated comments submitted by the CPAC on January 31St <br />
