White <br /> OBSERVER: Mrs . Feakes , League of Women Voters <br /> Mrs. Charlotte Sanderson, Lexington Citizen <br /> Miss Cheryl Waixel, Lexington Minute-Man <br /> I . DISCUSSION -- MYSTIC VALLEY MENTAL HEALTH ASSN. <br /> Vice Chairman Mitchell attended a breakfast meeting on <br /> January 9, 1973 and his report was as follows: there is <br /> now a full clinic - children, adults, in-patient and <br /> out-patient (Choate) with Blue Cross/Blue Shield approval. <br /> �-= There is a proposed increased budget with no increase in <br /> State funds . They would like the towns to make up $4.0,000 <br /> each, $200,000 from State , $60,000 from fees -- total budget <br /> of $450,000 (these are all estimated figures the Vice Chairman <br /> stated) . There has been no increase in patient fees as yet_. <br /> Messrs. Levingston, Hughes and O'Connell and members from five <br /> towns will meet on January 16, 1973 to discuss the budget. A <br /> report will be given on January 22, 1973 by Mr. Levingston on <br /> the findings of this meeting. <br /> II . BUDGETS <br /> The budgets were reviewed by all Committee members. <br /> Upon motions duly made and seconded , EXECUTIVE SESSION was VOTED <br /> at 9:45 P.M. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:33 P.M. <br /> The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 22, 1973 at <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, ,, <br /> Eliz eth M.
