Mitchell, Vice <br /> Chairman, Elizabeth M. Flynn, Secretary, Arthur T. <br /> Bernier, Levi G. Burnell, J. H. Blaisdell, Donald B. <br /> White <br /> OBSERVER: Cheryl Waixel, Lexington Minute-Man <br /> DISCUSSION - BUDGET <br /> a. New budget books including expense budgets <br /> (not personal services) were given to each <br /> Committee member for review. The Chairman <br /> stated that he felt the increases were entirely <br /> out of proportion. "It is up 10% and in some <br /> instances 12 to 13%" . Some increases in regard <br /> to pension and insurance may have to remain as <br /> such and be absorbed in other areas. The Board <br /> of Selectmen were in review of the Police, Fire, <br /> Department of Public Works and Library budgets. `� <br /> It is expected that the Town Manager will have <br /> all expense budgets before the Committee by <br /> January 15th. <br /> b.
