Souza <br /> Reserve Fund Balance $41,865. <br /> Reserve Fund Requests <br /> $500 transfer requested for Traffic recorder which was stolen while <br /> operating on Adams St. near East St. This is not covered by insurance. <br /> John McSweeney stated that it is needed to get information in order to <br /> decide which traffic light requests should be acted on and to make <br /> recommendations about Chapter 90 roads. These should both be done before <br /> Town Meeting. <br /> Voted to transfer $500 from the Reserve Fund <br /> $3000 transfer to Group Insurance account requested. This would be <br /> used for the final Blue Cross bills. It is needed because of the <br /> additional people enroled and because of turnover of personnel (new <br /> people at higher rates than those they replaced). <br /> Voted to transfer $3000 from the Reserve Fund <br /> $8800 transfer to Insurance, Municipal Property #1750 requested. <br /> Fire insurance rates were increased and property values were adjusted. <br /> Present balance is committed; expected bill is $8800 more than balance. <br /> Voted to transfer $8800 to #1750 from the Reserve Fund. <br /> Reserve Fund Balance will now be $29,565. <br /> Next meeting, Monday, Jan. 6, 1969 <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Ruth F.
