Meeting called to order by Ms. Barry at 4:04 pm. <br /> 2. Budget Discussion: <br /> • $50,000 request submitted by Michelle Ciccolo (State Representative). <br /> • Commission needs a budget for release of funds. <br /> • Town Manager needs a budget by the end of December. <br /> • Discussion on level of detail required, needs to be spent within next 7 months. <br /> • High level categories: Legal, promotional, marketing/logo, public relations/social <br /> media, consultants. <br /> • Commission delegated budget to Suzie Barry per these suggested topics. <br /> 3. Meeting was interrupted for approximately 5 minutes by "Zoom bombing" by unauthorized <br /> attendees. Video conference restarted by Suzie Barry. <br /> 4. Logo Discussion: <br /> • Discussion of legal concerns, waiting on comments from Town council. <br /> • Hoping for feedback by end of the year, intent is to launch in January. <br /> • Suzie will coordinate with Jillian on rollout. <br /> 5. Video/Communication Plan: <br /> • How can LexVideo assist? (Coordinate with Florence DelSanto, Executive Director.) <br /> • Concord Town Manager has agreed to cooperate and assist with joint promotion <br /> efforts. <br /> 6. Further Logo Discussion: <br /> • Logo reveal —when? Coordinate with Patriots Day events, perhaps a logo float for <br /> the parade? <br /> • Agreed Contest will run February 1 to 28. Commission needs to choose three <br /> finalists and a logo winner first week of March 2022 and reveal winner and runners-- <br /> up at morning ceremonies on Patriots Day. <br />
