White, Secretary <br /> The Chairman submitted the %genda for this meeting which is as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Reserve Fund requests <br /> (a) Cemetery — Expenses — Personal Services <br /> (b Public Welfare — General Relief <br /> ltd c Health — Dental Clinic <br /> 2. Committee Reviews <br /> a) Teacher Salary Advisory <br /> b) Salary Schedule <br /> U (c} Long Range Plan <br /> d Public Works Building <br /> 3. Review of meeting with Town Meeting Members Association <br /> 4. Discussion of expenditures reductions <br /> 5. Discussion of outlook for Tax Rate <br /> 6. Reviewof Budget Forms and response <br /> 7. Other Business <br /> The present balance of the Reserve Fund is $37,068.79. <br /> A motion was made, seconded and voted to approve $3,000. from the <br /> Reserve Fund to Public Welfare Department General Relief Fund. <br /> A general discussion was had on appropriation items such as school <br /> teachers. <br /> 135 School teachers now at maximum <br /> $500,000 increase in teachers salaries <br /> Public Works Ruining. Board of Selectmen did approve <br /> going ahead to see J at could be done to the present wooden building. <br /> The building does not have decent toilet facilities. <br /> At our next meeting we should have a number of budgets receieved for <br /> year 1966. <br /> It was suggested that the Town Report should be reduced in size, <br /> thereby reducing the cost. <br /> It was suggested that the Town services be examined and re—priced. <br /> Also discussed was: Article 44 Civil Defense <br /> Welfare spending in year 1964 was $275,000. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:40 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for <br /> November 15, 1965 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Respectfuily submitted, <br /> Raymond L.
