409 <br /> DATE: March 26, 1980 <br /> TIME: 7: 00 P.M. <br /> PLACE: Town Office Building <br /> PRESENT: D. White, R. Perry, G. Silverman, J. Campbell, R. Cataldo <br /> W. Dailey, M. Gilman, P. Hall, G. Wadsworth. <br /> Committee met with Board of Selectmen at 7 : 00 P.M. to discuss : <br /> (1) Use of $750, 000 Free Cash (Art. 51) at Town Meeting. All <br /> agreed on amount. <br /> (2) Board of Selectmen to propose $7, 500 for needs assessment <br /> (1 of Senior Citizens Center at Munroe School or Muzzey Jr. High- <br /> Article 33 <br /> (3) Board of Selectmen to propose $35, 000 to be appropriated to <br /> add to 1979 appropriations of Article 4 as follows : <br /> #5250 - $14, 000 - Roof and energy <br /> #5600 - $15, 000 - Street lights - fuel adj . clause <br /> #7550 - $ 6, 000 - Library - energy <br /> Appropriation Committee concurred with proposal . <br /> Appropriation Committee withdrew from Selectmen' s Meeting. <br /> Voted to support Article 33, but only on condition they be consulted <br /> before all steps in study are complete. <br /> Reviewed list of possible Reserve Fund transfers presented to them <br /> and decided to react on each one individually as they are presented. <br /> As many as possible to attend Board of Selectmen meeting on Monday, <br /> March 31, to discuss Lexpress appropriation. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Richard M.
