Silverman <br /> r.a 1. Met with Leroy J. Hebert and Chet Sewell of Central <br /> Middlesex Assoc. for Retarded Citizens Inc. , who have inserted Article 32 <br /> in Town Warrant. Requesting $5,000 for support of their program. They <br /> take on pupils after 766 finishes with them and have wide range of ages <br /> (average of 35) <br /> Expenditures 1978 - $212,000 <br /> Budget for 1979 - $250,000 <br /> In 1975 served 12 people - this year serving 46 people - 3 from Lexington plus <br /> one more possible. <br /> 2. Eph Weiss discussed his three articles: <br /> Article 19 - selectmen approved Energy Committee - Requests $200. <br /> Article 50 - Authorization to conduct public building energy audits - between <br /> 3 to $10,000. <br /> Article 51 - appointment of Energy management <br /> 3.
