Hilton discussed Article 7550 - Library expense budget for 1980 which <br /> is total of S25 less than appropriated in 1979. <br /> Former article of "State Aid" not to be a separate article because state <br /> now specifies this an offset item (reserved for library) on the cherry • <br /> sheet. <br /> Need for complete budget of library, which would include all trustee and <br /> state funds and how they are to be expended. <br /> M. Coscia brought in reserve transfer for bleachers. <br /> Reviewed: 1. 1st part in budget last year to fix them. <br /> 2. Closed bleachers after graduation. <br /> 3. Came in for $10,000 for bleachers for half of 2,600 seats. _- <br /> 4+. Have spent 59,657. <br /> 5. Need of S15,000 for completion because "A" frames need <br /> fabrications. <br /> Question of putting $15,000 as a Reserve Fund or should it be put into <br /> an Article was discussed. <br /> Refer to Town Counsel for discussion. <br /> It was moved and seconded to transfer S15,000 from the Reserve Fund <br /> to complete high school bleachers : <br /> 2 yes -- 4 no -- 3 abstained <br /> Vote to reject transfer <br /> 8 yes -- 1 abstain <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Richard M.
