Account #1700 - Group Insurance $762, 000 <br /> 2. " #3330 - Replace <br /> Mr. Silverman suggested that we accept the <br /> Human Services budget with a strong ad- <br /> monition that we will look at NO further <br /> raises in future years. 2 in favor - 5 No. <br /> 3. Reserve Fund Balance restored to $108,074.60. <br /> III . The following ARTICLES were voted: <br /> 1.
