Room 111 <br /> PRESENT: Donald White , Chairman, George Silverman, Vice Chairman, <br /> Richard M. Perry, Secretary, Martin Gilman, John Blaisdell, <br /> John Campbell <br /> I . PERSONAL SERVICES BUDGET <br /> It was moved and seconded by the Appropriation <br /> Committee Members to approve the Personal <br /> Services Budget in the amount of $5,027 , 798 - <br /> up 6%. <br /> SO VOTED <br /> II. ARTICLES <br /> A review of the Articles was made by the Committee and the <br /> following comments were made : <br /> 1. Article 29 - The Appropriation Committee does not <br /> believe further study money is necessary. (in-house?) <br /> 2. Article 32 - recommend formation of a Study Committee <br /> appointed by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> * 3. Article 35 - Voted: 2 in favor -- 5 opposed. This Article <br /> will be dealt with in a supplementary report to be issued <br /> prior to Town Meeting. <br /> 4. Article 6 - Voted 2 in favor - 5 opposed. This Article <br /> will be dealt with in a supplementary report to be issued <br /> prior to Town Meeting. <br /> 5. Article 25 - $24, 000 was approved. <br /> III . APPROPRIATICN COMMITTEE REPORT <br /> The Committee prepared their report to be incorporated <br /> as part of the Town Warrant for 1978. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 5:00 P.M. <br /> Next meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 30, 1978 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Respectively submitted, <br /> V v�ti� 111 -fes <br /> Richard 1' .
