APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE REPORT <br /> It was moved and seconded by the <br /> Appropriation Committee to have <br /> the report printed by Lexington <br /> Press in the amount of $3,672. <br /> SO VOTED <br /> II . EXPENSE BUDGETS <br /> Account #1080 - some flexibility needed here during year. <br /> Appropriation Committee voted $1500. <br /> 1090 - energy study or data processing systems study. <br /> It was moved to cut account to $13,000 - <br /> $8, 000 audit; $5,000 study. <br /> 2525 - terminal may be able to eventually cut staff. <br /> Approved $27, 033. This is subject to combining <br /> treasurer and collector's offices with the idea <br /> of cutting back on personnel. <br /> 3310 - Board not happy with MVMH. Leaving it at <br /> present figure. Approved: $30,853. <br /> 3330 - Board feels too early to institute any change. <br /> Public support not increasing. Cut from <br /> $36 ,297 to $33,350. <br /> 5250 - $150,200 cut to $146,200 - Appropriation Committee <br /> does not feel heating valves would be cost <br /> effective. <br /> 5450 - approved $145 ,300. <br /> 5500 - approved $120,650 <br /> 5850 - price of fill going up. Study necessary to keep <br /> open the landfill. Cut from $118,750 to <br /> $108,750 ($10,000 out of fill) <br /> 7550 - cut from $133,650 to $128 ,650 leaving in storm <br /> windows and cut made in books. <br /> III . CAPITAL BUDGETS <br /> A review of the capital budget was made by the Committee. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 11: 00 P.M. <br /> Next meeting is scheduled for Saturday, January 28 , 1978 at 9: 00 A.M. <br /> Res ectively submitted, <br /> 'Richard M.
