Perry, Comptroller, Ex-Officio <br /> Town Manager met with the Committee to present motion to be <br /> offered under Article 5 asking appropriation of $240,000 <br /> (Appropriation Committee report had approved up to $300,000) . <br /> The $240,000 includes settlement with Police and Public Works <br /> as well as an amount for non-unionized personnel - see attached <br /> memo of April 11, 1977 from R.
