Furash, Chairman, Donald White, Vice <br /> ,-� Chairman, John Blaisdell, Secretary, Martin Gilman, <br /> *-� Patricia Hagedorn, John Campbell, Richard M. Perry, <br /> Comptroller, Ex-Officio <br /> I . PERSONNEL <br /> a. Town Manager Hutchinson stated he was not at all satisfied <br /> with the present rating system. , He has requested from all <br /> department heads a new evaluation -- on a new form -- by <br /> June 1, 1977. <br /> b. Increase in management is 4-5%. <br /> c. Chairman Furash suggested that the Town Manager have a <br /> slide at Town Meeting showing job pay range. You will <br /> be the first person who ever told the Town Meeting just <br /> what the people in the Town are being paid. <br /> d. On the slide do not go by M levels but by jobs only. <br /> e. Clerical staff is being paid between 9,000 and 12,000 <br /> a year. <br /> II . SCHOOL BUDGET <br /> a. Substantial amount of money coming back to E&D (not this year) . <br /> b. Total increase this year a little over 4%. <br /> c. Total budgets $15,746,245. <br /> It was moved and seconded to <br /> approve the School Budget. <br /> SO VOTED <br /> III . MINUTEMAN REGIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGHSCHOOL BUDGET <br /> The budget is still up and we are not happy with this <br /> however, we have no alternative at this time but to accept <br /> it. <br /> A motion was made and seconded <br /> to accept the Minuteman budget. <br /> SO VOTED <br />
