Furash, Chairman, Donald White , Vice <br /> ,_. Chairman, Harry Hall, John Blaisdell, Secretary, <br /> Patricia Hagedorn, Howard Levingston, Mitzi Kutchin, <br /> Martin Gilman <br /> I. LIBRARY <br /> 1. It is the general feeling that the Library is planning <br /> to come to Town Meeting with Security Systems Article. <br /> 2. Howard Levingston has spoken to Bob Hilton and explained <br /> that the Appropriation Committee will oppose this until <br /> the Library has demonstrated that all avenues have been <br /> explored to prevent thievery. <br /> II . PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> 1. A memo was sent to Howard Kassler submitting names for <br /> above Board in order ofreference with cc to Town Manager <br /> and John Butler (on file) . <br /> III . CORRESPONDENCE <br /> A letter was received re gun control from Steven Doran and <br /> placed on file. The Appropriation Committee voted to leave <br /> their report stand as is. <br /> IV. STUDENT TOWN MEETING <br /> March 16, 1977 - 8:00 A.M. to 12 P.M. An invitation was <br /> extended to all Committee members from Betsy White , daughter <br /> of Vice Chairman Donald White. <br /> V. REPLACE <br /> Leiter was received from James McKee, Director and the <br /> Committee has voted the Town Manager's recommendation. <br /> VI . SANITARY LANDFILL <br /> a. Town Manager and DPW to select consultant to do work. <br /> b. Curbside pickup - 40-45,000 per year. <br /> c. To save money the whole town must participate. <br /> d. Landfill has about 4 more years of life left in it. <br />
