EXPENSE BUDGETS <br /> Expense budgets that are of considerable increase were <br /> referred back to the Town Manager for further study. <br /> Accounts 1700 Group Insurance , 2380, Council on Aging, <br /> 3330 Community Services, and 6000 Park Expenses were <br /> particularly noted for review. <br /> The Appropriation Committee joined the Board of Selectmen, <br /> Personnel Advisory Board and the Town Manager in an EXECUTIVE <br /> SESSION to discuss Personnel Matters. <br /> II . APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE <br /> The Committee accepted, with regret, the resignation as <br /> Vice Chairman, General Government of Harry H. Hall, III. <br /> The Committee will be realigned as follows: <br /> Edward E. Furash, Chairman <br /> Donald B. White, Vice Chairman <br /> John H.
