Perry, Comptroller, Ex-Officio <br /> rte; <br /> I . MINUTEMAN REGIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGHSCHOOL <br /> Present: Richard Zeoli <br /> a. Revisions have been made in original presentation given <br /> by Ron Fitzgerald. <br /> b. Transportation budget is a guess until we get some bids. <br /> c . Budget seems to be in line with other vocational schools <br /> in the state. <br /> d. teachers will not be hired unless needed. <br /> e. last years budget was done on a statistical basis and was <br /> not at all realistic. <br /> f. Don White suggested that perhaps more use of parents could <br /> be looked into. <br /> g. a letter re Arlington's rejections of budget was placed <br /> on file. <br /> h. At this moment in time Mr. White stated he felt the present <br /> budget would not be approved. <br /> II . D.P.W. <br /> Mr. Campbell stated he would attend the Selectmen's meeting <br /> Tuesday, January 18, 1977 re D.P.W. budget. <br /> III . LIBRARY <br /> Mitzi Kutchin will attend library meeting on Wednesday, January <br /> 26, 1977 at 8 :30 A.M. <br /> IV. ASSOCIATION OF FINANCE COMMITTEES <br /> Mr. Perry to attend meeting of the above Committee on Tuesday, <br /> February 8, 1977. <br /> V. D.P.W. <br /> A meeting with the Board of Selectmen, Town Manager, Appropriation <br /> Committee and Public Works Department followed: <br /> Request: $725,455 - this was cut to $662,745 by Town Manager. <br />
