Furash, Chairman, Peter Hall, Vice Chairman- <br /> Gen. Gov't. , Donald White , Vice Chairman-Schools, John <br /> Blaisdell, Secretary, Martin Gilman, Jack Campbell, <br /> �.� Patricia Hagedorn <br /> r^; <br /> I . DPW - Messrs. Coschia and Empey joined the meeting to discuss <br /> DPW recommendations : <br /> a. Stockman - this is felt to be a necessity and will so be <br /> recommended. <br /> b. Audit - no other towns do this on equipment. Mr. McSweeney <br /> would like to see an outside audit done. Hopefully before <br /> Town Meeting. <br /> c. 3 cars and 2 pick-up trucks being used after hours. <br /> d. Chairman Furash stated that he would like to see specific <br /> proof of a satisfactory procedure in the works before <br /> approving the budget -- I want to see this in writing. <br /> e . Day-to-day operations - we would like to see this as part <br /> of the budget. <br /> f. Policy - this has to be brought up with the new Town Manager, <br /> i.e . , cars. <br /> II . BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> At 8 :45 P.M. the Appropriation Committee joined the Board of <br /> Selectmen to review the DPW '77- ' 78 Expenditures (sheet attached) . <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:45 P.M. <br /> Next meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 13, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> /hn Blaisdell/mo'b <br /> Secretary <br />
