Mr. White stated that he did not <br /> think it fair to have a budget and then juggle a quarter <br /> of a million around -- go back to line item budgeting <br /> or put an article in the Warrant for such. <br /> d. School Closings - Mr. White stated that he was going to <br /> insist on a well developed plan to show the exact cost <br /> effectiveness. What are we going to do with these <br /> buildings if closed? <br />
