White , Vice-Chairman, <br /> Schools, J. H. Blaisdell, Secretary, Martin Gilman, <br /> Patricia Hagedorn, Mitzi Kutchin, Jack Campbell, Peter Hall, <br /> Howard L. Levingston, Richard M. Perry, Ex-officio <br /> I . DPW <br /> Town Manager O'Connell joined the meeting to discuss a $20,000 <br /> Reserve Fund Transfer: <br /> a) we are doing something wrong, the Town Manager stated. <br /> b) are we over-repairing? <br /> c) are our men making too many repair judgments? <br /> d) are we operating equipment that is just too old? <br /> e) Chairman Furash stated that this was a matter to be looked <br /> into at much more depth and at a later time. However he <br /> asked the Town Manager if $5,000 would carry them for awhile. <br /> It was moved and seconded to <br /> transfer the amount of $5,000 <br /> from the Reserve Fund to Account <br /> 5450 - Road Machinery. <br /> SO VOTED <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8 :00 P.M. <br /> The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 5, 1976 <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> )- Ge,.,‘aev <br /> .
