White , Vice-Chairman, <br /> Schools, J. H. Blaisdell, Secretary, Mitzi Kutchin, <br /> Patricia Hagedorn, Peter Hall, John Campbell, Richard M. <br /> Perry, Ex-officio <br /> I . RESERVE FUND TRANSFERS <br /> Balance : $88,431.88 <br /> 1. Transfer amount of $800.00 to Account 2470 Recreation. <br /> 2. Transfer amount. of $1400 to Account 3550 Animal control: <br /> due to added expenses during 1976 - electricity, gas, <br /> telephone , water bill and interior equipment. <br /> 3. Transfer amount of $2,670 to account 1750 Municipal <br /> Property - Workmen's Comp. <br /> 4. Transfer amount of $2250 to account 1125 - police , fire , <br /> medical services. <br /> 5. Transfer amount of $44,000 to account 1700 group insurance. <br /> Upon motions duly made and seconded, <br /> it was SO VOTED to transfer the above <br /> amounts from the Reserve Fund. <br /> II . WETLAIVDS <br /> Present: Mr. Zabin <br /> Dr. Michael Alexander • <br /> a) Planning Board voted 4 to 1 to support all Planning Board <br /> Articles except Article 97. <br /> b) Mr. Zabin stated his Board was not at all pleased with the <br /> Appropriation Committee report on Wetlands and felt that <br /> their decision would greatly influence Town Meeting. <br /> c) Chairman Furash stated: <br /> 1. he felt it most important to find out if the <br /> town does favor Wetland Zoning. <br /> 2. whether or not the study will be carried out at the <br /> right price? cost involved? <br /> 3. whether information would be sufficient to protect <br /> the town. <br /> 4. Mr. Zabin stated that this is no longer an extraordinary <br /> situation. <br />
