NOISE <br /> a) need a baseline factor of what noise factors are . <br /> b) cost would be $6,500 for consultant. <br /> c ) Mr. Spencer to contact Lee Whitman regarding past work done . <br /> d) Mr. Gilman asked if any inquiries had been made to engineers <br /> in the Town to do this study? No: <br /> e ) Mrs. Hagedorn stated that doing it this way would not serve <br /> the purpose in court. <br /> f) Chairman Furash stated that the noise level was much lower <br /> than that of 3 years ago. <br /> II . CONSERVATION <br /> Upon motions duly made and seconded, <br /> The Appropriation Committee went into <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION. <br /> III . RECREATION <br /> Chairman Furash stated that Recreation will have a very <br /> hard time with Town Meeting re the Ballfield Lighting. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M. <br /> Next meeting is scheduled for March 15, 1976. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> ohn H.
