Briggs to be contacted re <br /> an appointment to meet with the Committee. Mr. O'Connell <br /> ' ' will be so advised. <br /> 2. Pension Board status of job description questioned by <br /> John Blaisdell. <br /> II. MEETING WITH SELECTMEN <br /> 1. Comprehensive Drainage Study - basically update of 1975 proposal. <br /> 2. Divide drainage areas into 7 sections and study 1 each year <br /> for 7 years; estimated at $130 ,000 total of last year' s. <br /> Projected cost of $175, 000. <br /> 3. Uses: helpful to determine age, usefullness. <br /> 4 . Needs : Survey party for almost year to locate, <br /> Make anticipation of storm runoff-capacity, <br /> Prepare drainage (drafting) , <br /> Evaluation in potential of flooding - engineering, <br /> Finalized report and 5 year capital imnrovement program. <br /> Town is 100% drained but only 50% drained well per <br /> J. Martin. <br /> INFLOW-INFILTRATION STUDY - J.
