White, Vice <br /> Chairma4 Schools, J. H. Blaisdell, Peter Hall, <br /> Martin A. Gilman <br /> I. CONSERVATION <br /> Received a communication from said Committee relative <br /> to their need for using the Conservation Fund to pay <br /> acquisition expenses not available from bonded articles. <br /> The Appropriation Committee has moved th matter to Town <br /> Manager O'Connell. Chairman Furash will so inform the <br /> Commission (attached) . • <br /> II . APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE REPORT <br /> A communication from Stewardt DeBard was passed around <br /> to the Committee stating our report did not meet his <br /> expectations (filed) . <br /> III . BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> The following information was passed on to the Committee <br /> following a meeting Chairman Furash had with the Board: <br /> a. The Town Meeting will be 3 weeks after Town <br /> Elections. <br /> b. No figures after January 1st. <br /> c. We will be furnished with a report and/or changes <br /> in headcount before January 1st. <br /> d. There was some discussion on Citizen's Articles. <br /> e. TMMA will produce a handbook for citizens. <br /> f. Appropriation Committee would set priorities and <br /> goals for coming year. <br /> IV. INSPECTIONS <br /> The appropriation Committee received on schedule a copy <br /> of the Town Manager's report on Inspections.
