156 <br /> It was moved and seconded that the Appropriation <br /> Committee express it's sincere appreciation to <br /> Mrs. Elizabeth Flynn for her many years of service. <br /> Her contributions to our Committee were manifold <br /> and her many efforts will be sorely missed. <br /> The Chairman expressed his appreciation for the fine work <br /> Mrs. O'Brien has done and asked that this be noted in the <br /> Town Folder. <br /> V. The following are points the Chairman would like discussed <br /> with the Selectmen: <br /> a. ADL <br /> b. purchasing controls <br /> c, citizen's articles - signatures necessary should <br /> be increased. <br /> d. police management - personnel board should get <br /> into the picture here in greater depth. <br /> c. by-law change re term of service for Appropriation <br /> Committee members. <br /> d. Lexington Visiting Nurse Association - would like <br /> to get into this in more depth just to see exactly <br /> what role they play. <br /> VI . RESERVE FUND TRANSFERS <br /> Upon motions duly made and seconded, the following <br /> reserve fund transfers were VOTED. <br /> 1. $1,500 to account #5550 Traffic regulations and controls. <br /> 2. 82,000 to Account #7500 Library Personnel Services. <br /> 3. 812,160 to Account #1090 Personal Services <br /> (less $500.00 for H.
