EXPENSE BUDGETS <br /> Review of the above budgets was made by the Committee. Request <br /> for zero increase in over-all budget was made by the Committee. <br /> III. DPW <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Personnel Board <br /> Capital Expenditures <br /> a. Mr. McSweeney discussed the 1976 plans for sewers. Program should <br /> be finished by 1977. <br /> b. Dry Sewers - Every developer should be required to put dry sewers <br /> in. <br /> c. Water Mains - $50,000 - Middle Street - low pressure and rusty water <br /> is the nature of the problem here. <br /> d. Storm Drains - Hayes Lane $25,000; Wood Street $45,000. <br />
