CABLE TV <br /> Vice Chairman Mitchell dictated the following memorandum <br /> to be sent to Chairman Alan Kenney: <br /> "We feel that it is premature for us to partake <br /> in the investigation of Cable TV. In addition, <br /> I believe it is also contrary to the current <br /> Town Manager Act which says the Financial <br /> Committee should not participate in other Committee <br /> work in the Town. Our busiest schedule has pre- <br /> vented an earlier answer to your request. " <br /> Mr. Perry will insert part of Town Manager Act and <br /> send it on to Mr. Kenney. <br /> II . CONSERVATION <br /> Chairman Frick stated that she was at present very <br /> pleased with the services rendered. Town Manager <br /> O'Connell requested a list of major projects. <br /> Mrs. Frick stated that if present overtime continues <br /> a Reserve Fund Transfer will be necessary. <br /> There will be a joint meeting of the Board of Selectmen, <br /> the Appropriation Committee and Conservation on December 16, <br /> 1974 at 9:00 P.M. <br /> III .
