Mitchell , <br /> - Vice Chairman,gen. Gov't. , Donald B. White , Vice <br /> Chairman, Schools, Elizabeth M. Flynn, Secretary <br /> -+ Arthur T. Bernier, J. H. Blaisdell, Martin A. Gilman, <br /> ( Richard M. Perry, Comptroller <br /> I . GENERAL <br /> a. Podel for 1975 is being worked up by Mr. Perry. <br /> b. Other models needed i.e. , Land Acquisition, Bonding. <br /> c. Personnel Plan. <br /> d. "Mock Town Meeting" now "Town Meeting Forum" . <br /> e . Chairman Furash is to contact Anne Scigiliano regarding <br /> public attendance of the Appropriation Committee Meetings. <br /> f. Board of Appeals - Planning Board - this is a Selectmen's <br /> problem unless they come in for money. <br /> II. BUS SITUATION <br /> Chairman Furash feels that this should be a season ticket. <br /> Don White will get more data on this and report to the Committee <br /> next week. <br /> IV. RESERVE FUND TRANSFER <br /> Account ; 1050 - Transfer for $500.00 (Cable TV) <br /> The Chairman recommended that we return the transfer to <br /> the Board of Selectmen noting that given the $7,300 avail- <br /> able in their budget that they already have funds to <br /> publish this report and that given no detailed explanation <br /> of why these funds do not apply, we assume that it would be <br /> best to see a request for a Transfer after all other funds <br /> have been expended. <br /> Upon motions duly made and seconded, the above <br /> was VOTED by the Committee. <br /> V. 19714-75 FISCAL YEAR <br /> LIASON ASSIGNMENTS <br /> The following assignments were made by Chairman Furash: <br />
