Perry, <br /> Comptroller <br /> I . GENERAL <br /> a. Library - Letter from Selectman Bailey regarding <br /> possible salary increases. Chairman Furash noted <br /> receipt of said letter without making a commitment. <br /> b. Personnel Board <br /> The Appropriation Committee, Board of Selectmen and <br /> the Personnel Board met to discuss further and future <br /> developments and plans : <br /> Members ares Paul Sidman - 3/31/77 <br /> John Butler - 3/31/77 <br /> W. Neil Chapman - 3/31 76 <br /> Nichlols La Fauci - 3 31/76 <br /> Wm. McGonagle - 3/31 75 <br /> The subject of a Personnel Director was discussed very <br /> briefly as the Board is planning a meeting with Town <br /> Manager O'Connell to future planning. <br /> c . Mileage - Down Some . Increase in cost is primarily <br /> due to the increase in cost of gasoline. <br /> d. Reserve Fund Transfers <br /> 1. It was moved and seconded that the sum of $10,000 <br /> be transferred to Account 3800 Police Department <br /> Expense . <br /> 2. It was moved and seconded that the sum of $500.00 <br /> be transferred to Account 4200. <br /> 3. It was moved and seconded that the sum of $2,591.95 <br /> be transferred to Account 5700. <br /> e. Memo from Selectman Kenney re opening of Town Meeting <br /> next year. It is hoped that this could be completed by <br /> the beginning of the Bicentennial Celebration.
