Ha�edorn was in agreement with Chairman Furash that serving on the Study Group - Chapter 766 would be a conflict of intere�t even tho�a�h as decribed to P�rs. Hagedorn, it was to be a most informal �athering. c. The Chairm�.n asked that the aub-Committee on the Personnel Board (N�essrs. Niitchell� Bernier an� Blaisd�ll) submit some recommendations as soon as possible for this Boaxd. The Moderator was also asked for any suggestions he may have, Don White was asked to seek out any names from the School Computer list as well. d. A memo from Robert F. 0'Neil, Chairman of the Minuteman Regional Finance Committee was circltlated to members of the Committee an3 given to Seleetman Bailey (attached) . e . A brief review of the Preliminary Personal Services Budgets and Upda�e of Expense Bud�ets was made by the Committee . f. Personnel Baard: Upon motions duly mac�e and seconded it was VOTED to accept proposal for Personnel Board presented to the Appro�riatian Committee on 1/21/74 by Selectmen Kenney "- and Busa.
