The Trustees should make very clear <br /> just what total expenses will be of building <br /> while the library is still in operation. <br /> Article 43: Buckman Tavern <br /> The Chairman feels that no one will vote on <br /> this amount of money only to have a partial <br /> job done . Mr. Perry stated that up to this <br /> point it has not been possible to get the <br /> appropriate people in to give an estimate. <br />
