Campbell <br /> L. Gilson, H. Muelhmann <br /> Also present: M. Hinkle, Lexington Minuteman and D. McCabe of Capitel <br /> Expenditures Committee. <br /> Recreation Committee: Leo McSweeney, J. Marshall, Lynne <br /> Wilson, Bob Eby, Joan Halverson. <br /> Leo McSweeney presented and discussed Personal Services budget and Operating <br /> Budget. Also discussed: <br /> 1. Request for $15,000 additional lighting of 4 tennis courts. <br /> 2. Request for $20,000 for development of Bowman Ballfield. <br /> Reserve Fund request transfer of $20,000 for Ballfield Lighting: <br /> Have paid $13,000 consulting and test borings. $6,700 in for <br /> contingencies. <br /> Chairman suggested committee wait a week in acting on transfer. <br /> Dan McCabe explained Capital Expenditures Committee's "feeling" is 5-0 against. <br /> Conservation Committee-Joyce Miller and Charlie Wyman joined meeting. <br /> Nothing of any size in works. May have a small purchase in next F.Y. <br /> C. Wyman discussed conservation reimbursement. $25 million requested <br /> for $7 million available. <br /> Committee voted against Asst. Chief's car-to delete $11,300 or trade present <br /> vehicle on new. <br /> Voted to delete School Administration Building parking lot resurfacting. <br /> Voted to delete Hill Street Traffic Lights-Would reconsider if needed <br /> with traffic problems. <br /> Voted to support Recreation-Lighting of tennis courts. <br /> Voted to O.K.
