O'Sullivan, <br /> G. Doran, B. Marshall <br /> D. Williams of Conservation Commission met with Appropriation Committee. <br /> Discussed Art. 59-Purchase of Pine Meadows Golf Course and various proposals <br /> to fund $1,850,000 purchase. If it is to be operated as a golf course, price <br /> would be $2.5 million, per D. Williams. <br /> Meeting reconvened after Town Meeting. <br /> Committee voted yes-1, no-6 on proposal to put $250,000 down with a 10 year <br /> bonding. <br /> Joined by Selectman John Eddison and Conservation Commission members, Dave <br /> Williams, Frank Smith, Gerry Frick. <br /> Chairman Dailey explained position of Committee as voted. He then proposed <br /> outright purchase of golf course at reasonable (?) price with $250,000 down <br /> payment, 10 year bond and a lease program of the course to go out for bid. <br /> Conservation Commission will review this proposal with owners. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Richard M.
