Library Article 52 - #2 priority; and Telephone <br /> System #3 priority. Would recommend "Yes" on Article 53, "Yes" on #52 and "No" <br /> on #54. Should coordinate all central purchases of service, maintenance on <br /> computers. <br /> N. Barnert and R. Cataldo reported on Conservation Commission proposal for <br /> $1,850,000 (two small pieces of Golf Course, worth about $350,000 and Golf <br /> Course $1.5 million). <br /> Outright purchase and lease back for 35 to 50 years for <br /> price of taxes, $8,000 to $12,000.
